1. Details on www.time2tryford.co.uk and in promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.

2. The voucher entitles the holder to one free child’s swimming lesson at one of the participating Swimtime venues listed at www.time2tryford.co.uk and is valid for new Swimtime customers only. Children must be aged between four months and 12 years.

3. The voucher is valid until June 30, 2008. Lessons are subject to availability.

4. Voucher holders must visit www.time2tryford.co.uk and enter their voucher code. They will then be required to submit details of the child’s swimming ability and geographical location. Swimtime will then find the right class and venue that will most suit the child’s needs and confirm the details.

5. The voucher must be presented on arrival at the class.

6. Entry to a participating venue is subject to the terms and conditions of that venue.
Swimtime reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone it deems, at its sole discretion, to be in contravention of their own or this promotion’s terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor Fresh Rewards can accept liability in such circumstances.

7. Neither the Promoter nor Fresh Rewards can be held liable for the suitability or otherwise of any participating venue. Any dispute or complaint must, in the first instance, be brought to the attention of the venue. The Promoter is happy to investigate any unresolved problems. However, neither it nor Fresh Rewards can be held responsible for the actions or suitability of individual venues.
